The "Something Went Wrong" Policy

At Tactical Dinkwear, we're all about good gear, good games, and keeping things simple.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll sort it out. That's on us.

Here's the deal:

  • Received a damaged or defective item? We'll provide a full refund or replacement.
  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items should be unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • Send us an email at tacticaldinkwear@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
  • A real human will get back to you as quickly as possible.

We're not interested in making things complicated. If something's gone sideways, just reach out and we'll work with you to make it right.

Because life's too short for bad gear, dodgy paddles, and customer service battles.

Mission Objective: Get great gear into the hands of great players. If we miss the target, we'll fix it.
